Prioritization Framework (RICE ICE MoSCoW)

1. Mengapa Prioritization

Ada 100 ide tapi hanya bisa execute 10. PM tanpa framework prioritization akan jadi react ke loudest voice. Framework bantu objective decision dan defendable choice. Skill #1 PM senior.

2. RICE Framework

Reach x Impact x Confidence dibagi Effort. Reach: berapa user terkena. Impact: dampak per user (1-3). Confidence: keyakinan estimasi (50-100 persen). Effort: man-month. Score tinggi = prioritas tinggi. Bagus untuk B2B feature ranking.

3. ICE Score

Lebih simple dari RICE. Impact x Confidence x Ease (1-10 each). Cocok untuk early stage atau ide growth experiment. Cepat, butuh judgment. Dipopulerkan Sean Ellis untuk growth hacking.

4. MoSCoW Method

Must (wajib launch). Should (penting tapi bisa skip). Could (nice to have). Won't (skip kali ini). Bagus untuk define scope project. Komunikasi clear ke stakeholder soal apa yang akan dan ngga akan dibuat.

5. Kano Model

Plot fitur di 2 axis: investment vs satisfaction. 5 kategori: must-have (basic), one-dimensional (linear), delighter (surprise), indifferent (ngga peduli), reverse (malah merusak). Help understand customer perception.
