1. Tipe Stakeholder

Engineering team, design team, leadership (CEO/VP), sales, marketing, customer success, finance, legal, customer. Setiap punya goal dan concern berbeda. PM jadi nexus.

2. Stakeholder Mapping

Power vs Interest matrix. High power high interest: manage closely. High power low interest: keep satisfied. Low power high interest: keep informed. Low power low interest: monitor. Adjust communication strategy.

3. Communication Cadence

Weekly stakeholder update (email atau Slack). Monthly product review (deeper, with metric). Quarterly strategy review (with leadership). Ad-hoc untuk urgent. Konsistensi build trust.

4. Managing Up

Up = leadership. Mereka busy, butuh signal not noise. Brief executive summary di email. Visualisasi data. Strategic narrative, bukan tactical detail. Anticipate question. Recommend, don't just inform.

5. Managing Sideways

Sideways = peer dari department lain. Build relationship before need favor. Help mereka achieve goal, mereka help kamu. Jangan zero-sum mindset. Win-win thinking.
