1. Mengapa Storytelling

Otak manusia hardwired untuk cerita. Data tanpa narrative dilupakan dalam 5 menit. Story bertahan berhari-hari. PM yang storytell baik: lebih easy buy-in stakeholder, motivasi tim, alignment culture.

2. Hero Journey Framework

Setiap great story punya: hero (user), challenge (problem), solution (produk), transformation (after using). Apply ke product narrative. "Sarah was struggling X. With Y, she now Z. Her life is Z plus."

3. Data Storytelling

Bukan dump 50 charts. Pick 1-3 chart yang tell story. Lead dengan insight, support dengan data. "Retention dropped 20 persen last month [insight]. Investigation shows mobile user driving the drop [data]. Hipotesis dari riset: app slow [supporting]."

4. Pitch Deck Format

10-slide pitch (Guy Kawasaki). Problem, Solution, Market, Product, Business Model, Underlying Magic, Competition, Team, Projections, Status. Adapt untuk product launch atau funding pitch. Fokus narrative bukan slide design.

5. Public Speaking PM

Demo product launch. Conference talk. Internal all-hands. Customer presentation. Wajib build skill. Practice before mirror. Record dan watch back. Join Toastmasters atau improv class. Improv ningkatin spontaneity dan thinking on feet.
