Setiap great story punya: hero (user), challenge (problem), solution (produk), transformation (after using). Apply ke product narrative. "Sarah was struggling X. With Y, she now Z. Her life is Z plus."
Bukan dump 50 charts. Pick 1-3 chart yang tell story. Lead dengan insight, support dengan data. "Retention dropped 20 persen last month [insight]. Investigation shows mobile user driving the drop [data]. Hipotesis dari riset: app slow [supporting]."
