1. Influence Without Authority

PM ngga punya direct report tapi punya influence. Cara: be the most informed person about product. Build trust dengan deliver. Empathize dengan everyone's perspective. Bawa positive energy. Earn respect, jangan demand.

2. Conflict Resolution

Disagreement umum di tim cross-functional. Engineering vs design. PM vs sales. Product vs marketing. Resolution: zoom out ke shared goal. Acknowledge each side concern. Find creative solution win-win. Escalate kalau buntu.

3. Decision Making Frameworks

RACI: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed. DACI: Driver, Approver, Contributors, Informed. Bantu clarify siapa pemegang keputusan untuk decision tertentu. Hindari assumption dan miscommunication.

Sometimes engineer atau designer lebih senior dari PM. Treat dengan extra respect. Acknowledge expertise. Ask for input. Frame your role sebagai facilitator, bukan boss. They appreciate humility. Trust akan datang seiring waktu.
