1. Career Ladder Standard

APM (Associate PM, 0-2 tahun): execute well-defined task, mentor needed. PM (2-5 tahun): own feature end-to-end. Senior PM (5-8 tahun): own product area, mentor others. Group PM (7-10 tahun): manage PMs. Director (10-15 tahun): manage teams. VP/CPO (15+): exec level.

2. Salary Range Indonesia 2026

APM: 12-20 juta. PM: 18-35 juta. Senior PM: 35-65 juta. Group PM: 60-100 juta. Director Product: 90-150 juta. VP Product: 150-250 juta. CPO: 250 juta plus equity. Tech unicorn dan multinational 1.5-2x range.

3. Path APM ke PM

Build foundation: discovery skill, prioritization, communication. Own at least 1 successful launch. Build relationship dengan engineering dan design. Communicate well in writing. Mentor APM lain. Demonstrate ownership beyond assigned task.

4. Path PM ke Senior

Tackle ambiguity. Own product area dengan multiple feature. Strategic thinking emerge. Influence beyond team. Mentor PM junior. Storytelling skill matang. Public speaking. Drive measurable business impact.

5. Path Senior ke VP

Build team and grow PMs. Product strategy ke level company. Cross-functional execution di scale. Board level communication. Industry recognition (talks, articles). Track record multiple successful product launch. Network di industri.
